Instead, we focus our efforts on expanding the reach of sustainable brands, and ensuring the best shopping experience for our customers, and orders are shipped by the brands who made them.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO DELIVER?
The time it takes for you to get an order delivered will depend on the brand that made the clothing.
Because Clovereed’s brand partners are sustainable and responsible producers, some items may be manufactured on request and take more time to be delivered. These specifics will be listed on each product’s page.
Clovereed cannot guarantee arrival times, but packages should not take more than a week (unless manufactured on request).
Please note: If you order more than one product, you may receive your orders in more than one shipment.

Once an item ships, we will provide you with confirmation emails and a tracking number.

Since the Clovereed community is made up of multiple brands that sell sustainable products, returns and exchanges are subject to the policies of each brand.
HOW DO I KNOW THE RETURN POLICIES OF EACH BRAND?
Each brand’s return and exchange policy will be clearly specified in the product page, so make sure to check it out before you order. Please be aware that in some cases, the brand may not offer returns or exchanges, making the purchase final.
